The case
The 2026 case was an ocean-conservation problem that teams had to turn into a business recommendation.
Teams got the case at 11:15 AM and had until 1:30 PM to work out what was going on, choose a solution and build a presentation they could defend. Nobody expected a finished plan in two hours. The judges looked for a clear recommendation, sound reasoning, and a team that could explain what should happen next.
